Bored Cast-in-situ

Our range of bored minipile rigs are able to access the most difficult corners and operate under restricted conditions if required. Our range of rigs includes machines from Klemm, Hutte, Bauer and GP Services and we can bore piles in excess of 20m and in diameters up to 600mm. Driven

 

We have the capability to drive 75-150mm minipiles under any extremely restricted conditions – our ‘Grundomat’ equipment can even be hand-carried if required.

More commonly, the small drop-hammer machines (D500) can pass through domestic doorways and operate in domestic headroom to drive BSP steel tube piles of diameters from 150mm to 325mm.

We can even drive small diameter 118/170mm ductile iron tube piles for high capacity loads under restricted headroom conditions.
