Our people Foundation Piling is steered and driven by talented engineers whose combined experience totals over 200 years, creating an impressive, effective team. Several of our staff have been with the company from it’s inception, giving the business both knowledge and stability. We are very keen on the continuous professional development of all our staff, and to that end all our site workers undergo constant training. Our foremen are trained to NVQ Level 2 in Piling Operations and our men to CSCS standard. We also ensure that each man has the relevant qualifications for any work he is being asked to undertake. The knowledgeable back up team in our office’s ensure that our contracts run as smoothly as possible, from initial contact through to final completion. Foundation Piling Ltd gained Investors in People recognition in 2002, have been re-assessed on two occasions since then, and we are proud to say that the award has been maintained.
