The scope included the installation of over 3,000 concrete columns (300mm diameter) to provide structural support for new leisure facilities and a multi-use car park for HG Construction.

By applying our technical expertise in ground improvement, we reassessed specific project zones to maximise the reuse of on-site materials. This proactive approach not only optimised performance but also eliminated the requirement for additional interventions, achieving a reduction of more than 500 tonnes of embodied carbon.
