Our scope included the installation of 814 piles, ranging in diameter from 600mm to 1050mm, enabling cantilever basement excavations of up to 11m across the site. To support the above-ground works, we also formed more than 500m of contiguous bored pile walls, delivering the stability required for the next stage of construction.

These foundations will support three new towers, rising 51 and 52 storeys, that will redefine the Manchester skyline. By combining modern engineering with innovative design, the project is set to become a landmark addition to the city’s ever-evolving landscape.
